Farina tipo “0” di grano tenero Bolero

Type '0' flour obtained by milling the Bolero variety. This is a variety of soft wheat that we select and reseed every year. In this way we obtain a product that expresses all the characteristics of the territory. A very versatile flour that lends itself to any type of preparation. Recommended for both leavening doughs (e.g. bread and pizza) and non-leavening doughs, such as puff pastry.
