We are a small family biological farm and we rely on the precious help of friends and relatives who help us in their spare time. With our activities, we have revived our grandparents, who help us daily with their precious suggestions and expert hands.

Our Story

Our journey began in 2011 from a choice driven by a need that only the time course has outlined in shapes and contents. 

In the years that have passed, we have grown as people and as farmers, especially with the invaluable help of family, friends and wonderful people we have met along the way. 

Our Vision

Understanding and living in nature fascinates us. Beauty is trying not to correct anything by trying, with extreme sensitivity and humility, to accompany each agricultural process with simple daily actions until the surprise, different every year, of flavours, scents, colours and emotions.

Natural agriculture for us is culture, it's sharing, it's growth, it's friendship, it's love, it's beauty, it's progress, it's mistakes, it's successes, it's failures, but it's always true. That's why we will practice it until our last breath.

How we work

We work in full observance of crop rotation, trying to preserve soil fertility by defending the biodiversity of our Appennino.

The exposure, the low yield, the continuous non-invasive working of the land without the use of synthetic chemistry, best express our idea of agriculture and the footprint of the territory.

Our Land

The desire to establish ourselves in Canossa is also linked to our childhood memories. Since we were children, we used to go to these places to join our grandparents, farmers who were sons of that practical, concrete rural reality that has been handed down from father to son for generations and that we should not forget.

At the heart of our activity is our commitment to safeguarding the land that our ancestors have worked so hard to conquer, with a single objective: self-sufficiency.

Our vineyards are cultivated in a natural way, with organic and biodynamic techniques


Every year, for over 10 years, we have been seeding the grains we obtain from the previous year's sowing, so that biodiversity becomes an intrinsic characteristic of our final product.
